1. Scope of Services

We provide sworn translation services for legal, immigration, academic, corporate, and official documents. Translations are carried out by qualified translators authorized to produce legally valid translations where applicable.

Services may include:

  • Legal & Immigration Translations
  • Apostille & Attestation Support
  • Academic & Institutional Translations

2. Accuracy & Certification

  • All translations are completed to the best of professional standards and reflect the original document accurately and faithfully.
  • A sworn or certified translation confirms linguistic accuracy—not the legality, authenticity, or validity of the original document.
  • We are not responsible for errors already present in the source document.

3. Use & Acceptance of Translations

  • Acceptance of a sworn translation depends on the receiving authority (courts, embassies, universities, immigration offices, etc.).
  • We do not guarantee acceptance if requirements change or if additional formatting, notarization, or jurisdiction-specific certification is requested after delivery.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to confirm requirements with the receiving authority before ordering.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times are estimates and begin after payment confirmation and document review.
  • Delays caused by unclear scans, missing pages, revisions, or third-party authorities are not our responsibility.
  • Same-day or express services depend on document complexity and availability.

5. Revisions & Corrections

  • Minor corrections due to translation errors will be fixed free of charge.
  • Revisions requested due to changes in source documents, spelling preferences, or formatting instructions provided after delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on language pair, document type, word count, urgency, and certification requirements.
  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices once confirmed are final unless project scope changes.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • Translation work has started
  • Certified or sworn documents have been delivered

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • We fail to deliver the service as agreed
  • A major translation error is proven and cannot be corrected

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All documents shared with us are treated as strictly confidential.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose client documents to third parties except where legally required or necessary for service completion.
  • Clients are responsible for securely sharing sensitive information.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All translated content remains the property of the client once full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse work that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, rejections by authorities, or loss caused by misuse of translated documents.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including technical failures, natural disasters, legal restrictions, or third-party disruptions.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State – e.g., India], and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [City].


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
